Regulations — these regulations of the “houseservice24” portal, governing the use of the portal as well as the rights and obligations of the portal owner, clients and contractors.

Portal / Platform — the “houseservice24” internet portal through which cleaning services are provided and interaction between clients and contractors takes place.

Contractor — a natural or legal person registered on the portal and performing cleaning orders.

Client — a natural or legal person registered on the portal to order cleaning services.

Registration — filling in a form with personal data and a password.

Personal Account — a section of the portal accessible to the client after login.

Order / cleaning service — an electronic request for cleaning work.

Price — the price of the service stated in the order (including VAT).


II. Registration and placing orders

1. Registration

To use some services, it is necessary to create an account and provide personal data.

The client confirms consent to the processing of personal data.

Without consent, order fulfillment is not possible.

2. Use of the portal

Orders are accepted 24/7.

Browsing services is available without registration.

Placing an order constitutes an offer.

After confirmation, the client receives a notification.


III. Order fulfillment

  • Contractors work according to portal standards
  • The client ensures access to the premises
  • In case of client absence, the service is considered completed
  • Invoice issuance is possible

IV. Withdrawal from the contract

Cancellation is possible no later than 4 hours before the start of the service.

In case of late cancellation, the full price may be charged.


V. Complaints

Complaints are accepted via email: info@houseservice24.pl

Processing time: 14 days.

Quality complaints — up to 12 hours after completion.

Damage complaints — up to 3 days.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR.
