You can place an order through the website: click the house icon and specify the number of rooms and bathrooms, and write the square meters in the comments. Or leave a request via social networks / call center.

Yes, we offer key delivery. We can pick up the keys before cleaning and deliver them after.

You will receive a response in the shortest time and we will start looking for a solution. We respond to criticism and know how to fix mistakes. If the cleaning quality is low, you may receive a refund and a free cleaning offer.
Yes, upholstery cleaning is performed by separate specialists, so you can order furniture cleaning separately or together with cleaning. This will not affect the total duration of the order.
When placing an order on the website you receive a confirmation email. It contains links for payment, editing or canceling the order. You can cancel the order yourself at least 12 hours before the start. If less time remains, call the call center or write to us via messengers.
You can place an order online, by phone or via social networks. If you place an order through the website, you can immediately pay by card. If you placed an order by phone/social networks and want to pay by card, inform the specialist and you will receive a payment link to your phone.

Cleaning
You can order cleaning even for the same day — we will arrive within three hours after the order. You can also book in advance. If you order cleaning a month ahead, there is no need to worry — we will arrive at the specified time. You can choose the option “cleaning can start at any time” (we will inform you about the exact arrival time of our specialist) or “I will confirm the day before cleaning” (we will contact you and agree on the start time).
We wash windows from both sides, including frames and sills. A window consists of two sashes (not floor-to-ceiling) or one section of a French window. A balcony door is considered one window. Double windows are counted as two windows. On the “Window cleaning” page you can see a visual example in the section “How we count windows”.
We offer full kitchen cleaning including appliances and furniture inside and outside. We clean the refrigerator, microwave, oven, hood, take everything out of cabinets, clean them inside and outside. We wash floors, windowsills, furniture, baseboards, doors, take out trash and tidy up. This kitchen cleaning can be ordered without ordering full apartment cleaning.
The cleaner always has a necessary set of tools and equipment for cleaning without using a vacuum cleaner, including a brush for cleaning carpets from hair and small debris. We also recommend allowing the cleaner to use your home vacuum cleaner during cleaning. It will be cleaned and put back in place. For post-renovation cleaning we bring a powerful vacuum cleaner.
Deep cleaning is a complex task in terms of scope and stages, which in some cases may take even several days (if dirt is severe). Such a task should be entrusted to professionals to avoid wasting a huge amount of resources on such a difficult job. Usually deep cleaning in Warsaw is ordered in the following cases: After tenants, when preparing the property for new tenants or owners. After emergencies — fire, flood, or during moving or after major renovation. After the death of an elderly relative, when the apartment needs to be fully cleaned and prepared. During company relocation to another building — both the old place and the new office are cleaned. After long illness or long absence, when the apartment or house has not been cleaned for months or years. These are the most common cases, but situations vary, and our specialists are ready to do everything possible in any circumstances. What is included in deep cleaning in Hamburg Deep cleaning differs from regular cleaning by a huge amount of actions and operations, as well as the need to use specialized equipment and products (not just water and cloth). If necessary, the list of tasks can be expanded. Deep cleaning is performed rarely (once a year or every few months), but it is necessary. After it, the home shines, fully clean — no dirt, no stains, no dust. After deep cleaning it is reasonable not to wait a whole year for the next one, but to order maintenance or standard cleaning. Tile cleaning is included in any standard cleaning. We clean tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. If you need grout cleaning between tiles, you must inform us in advance before ordering. This is an additional paid option.
Bathroom and toilet are considered one bathroom unit. Shower cabin is not counted and not paid separately. If bathroom and toilet are in different rooms, it is still one bathroom. If you have two bathrooms or two toilets, it counts as two bathrooms.
We have a separate “Window cleaning” page where images show how we count windows. A window is two sashes not floor-to-ceiling or one floor-to-ceiling section. Double windows are counted as two windows. A balcony door is considered one window.
If you did a renovation and now have two rooms instead of one, you can specify your apartment as a one-room apartment. A combined kitchen and living room is counted as one room and a kitchen.
You can choose a specific cleaner when ordering through the website in your personal account. Your account will show cleaners you rated positively.
You can write to us via messengers or call us, and we will provide the phone number of the cleaner assigned to your order.
As a rule, we do not clean ceilings and chandeliers because our staff cannot bring ladders to all orders. In individual cases and for an additional fee, we can clean hard-to-reach places if you provide a ladder.

Payment
You can pay for cleaning in cash or by card. You receive a payment link via SMS or email. You can pay as a legal entity — we will prepare documents and issue an invoice.
If you pay in cash, no receipt is issued. This complies with law for mobile cleaning services. Our staff leave a checklist with amount, date and service data, and you always receive SMS/email confirmation. If you pay by card, you receive a card statement which is a fiscal document.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. Payments are secured using modern encryption and secure channels. Card data is entered on a secure bank page and is not stored on this website.
Cash refunds are not allowed for card payments. Refunds are made in the same form as payment. Refunds are processed according to international payment systems. Refunds are made within 7 days after request. To request a refund you must send an application to info@
We have fixed prices, but they depend on services and time required. Extra time costs 36 EURO/hour. In 99% cases price does not change. If more time is needed, we inform you in advance.
Personal account
Your personal account gives access to order history, selection of cleaners, and payments. You can also use a referral code and earn bonuses.
Upholstery cleaning
We use professional Karcher equipment for furniture and carpet cleaning.
We use professional Karcher and Pro-brite detergents. They are hypoallergenic and safe for children and pets.
We clean fabric furniture, carpets and carpet flooring. This is on-site cleaning.
We do not clean curtains, blankets, clothes or leather furniture. We do not pick up carpets — we clean only on-site.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee full removal of all stains. We are responsible for correct cleaning procedures: proper use of vacuum cleaners and cleaning agents.
